On January 3, 2024, Columbia Gulf submitted its Compliance Filing to the Commission's December 13, 2024 Order to revise the filed agreement between Columbia Gulf and Range Resources - Appalachia, LLC. Columbia is requesting that the Commission approve this filing December 16, 2024, as provided by the Order.

On November 15, 2024, Columbia Gulf submitted for Commission review and acceptance one (1) Rate Schedule FTS-1 service agreement with a non-conforming provision (“Agreement”) entered into with Range Resources - Appalachia, LLC. Columbia Gulf is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the Agreement effective December 16, 2024.
