Negotiated Rate Amendment Filing; RP24-635-000
On April 1, 2024, Columbia Gulf submitted for Commission review and acceptance one (1) amended Rate Schedule FTS-1 negotiated rate service agreement containing previously approved non-conforming provisions entered into with Kaiser Marketing Appalachian, LLC ("Amendment"). Columbia Gulf requested that the Commission accept the Amendment to become effective April 1, 2024.
