Creditworthiness Alignment; RP26-735-000
On April 1, 2026, CGT submitted a tariff filing proposing to align its creditworthiness provisions with the Commission's June 16, 2006 Creditworthiness Policy Statement. The proposed changes will also align CGT's creditworthiness provisions with those in ANR, ANR Storage, Great Lakes and TCO's tariffs. CGT requested that the Commission accept the filing to become effective May 1, 2026.
