On August 27, 2026, Hardy Storage Company, LLC ('Hardy') submitted a filing to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ('Commission') to implement certain North American Energy Board standards in compliance with Order No. 587-AB ('Order'). Hardy requests that the Commission accept the tariff record to become effective January 1, 2027, as stated in the Order.
