On July 31, 2026, Hardy submitted an informational Cost and Revenue Study ('Study') to the Commission in accordance with Article V of the Amended Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement under Docket No. RP19-262. The Study includes Hardy's costs and revenues for the twelve-month period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
