Negotiated Rate Agreement Filing; RP24-627-000
On April 1, 2024, PNGTS submitted for filing and acceptance a revised Section 8.1 to report one (1) new Rate Schedule STFT negotiated rate service agreement entered into with Twin Eagle Resource Management, LLC (“Agreement”). PNGTS is requesting for Commission approval of revised Section 8.1 and the Agreement to be effective April 1, 2024.
Implement Operational Purchases and Sales Filing; RP24-607-000
On March 28, 2024, PNGTS submitted a new tariff section to enable PNGTS to make operational purchases and sales of gas. PNGTS is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the tariff sections to become effective April 28, 2024.
