Negotiated Rate Agreements; RP26-804-000
On April 30, 2026, Millennium submitted tariff records to reflect negotiated rate service agreements with Citadel Energy Marketing LLC and BP Energy Company (“Agreements”). Millennium requested the Commission accept the Agreements effective May 1, 2026.
