BEST Project Incremental Rate Implementation; RP26-272-000
On December 1, 2025, MPC submitted its compliance filing to comply with the Commission's July 31, 2025 Certificate Order in Docket No. CP25-147-000 by submitting "live" tariff sections to implement the incremental rates applicable to service provided on MPC's Bluestone Extended Supply Transport Project (BEST Project). MPC requests that the Commission approve this filing effective January 1, 2026, the anticipated project in-service date for the Best Project.
BEST Project Negotiated Rates & Non-Conforming Agreement; RP26-274-000
On December 1, 2025, MPC submitted for Commission review and acceptance one (1) Rate Schedule LFT negotiated rate service agreement with non-conforming provisions (Agreement) entered into with NRG Business Marketing, LLC. MPC is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the Agreement effective January 1, 2026, the anticipated project in-service date for the BEST Project.

On November 13, 2025, Millennium submitted its annual Penalty Revenue Crediting Report for the twelve month period ending October 31, 2025.
