Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement; RP24-1103-004
OOn August 13, 2025, Columbia submitted its Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement and Motion for Waiver of Reply Comment Period ("Settlement"). This Settlement reflects the agreement of Columbia and the settling parties to resolve all issues in the above docket. The Settlement provides benefits to Columbia's shippers and will save the parties substantial costs, time, and resources that would have been expended in further litigating these issues. Columbia is requesting the Commission for an expedited approval without modification.
