On December 31, 2025, ANR submitted for Commission review and acceptance one (1) new FTS-1 negotiated rate service agreement entered into with Castleton Commodities Merchant Trading L.P.. ANR is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the Agreement effective January 1, 2026.
ANR Rate Case - 45-Day Update Filing; RP25-858-000
On December 15, 2025, ANR submitted its 45-Day Update, which includes updates to all applicable statements and schedules listed in Section 154.311(b), to provide actual data for the test period ended October 31, 2025. Section 4 Rate Case - 610 Motion Filing; RP25-858-000
Pursuant to the Commission's May 29, 2025 Order Accepting and Suspending Tariff Records, Subject to Refund, and Establishing Hearing Procedures in Docket No. RP25-858-000 (Suspension Order), on October 31, 2025, ANR submitted its motion to place certain suspended tariff records that are not subject to modification into effect on November 1, 2025 as directed by the Suspension Order.
Section 4 Rate Case - 580 Compliance Filing; RP25-858-003
Pursuant to the Commission's May 29, 2025 Order Accepting and Suspending Tariff Records, Subject to Refund, and Establishing Hearing Procedures in Docket No. RP25-858-000 (Suspension Order), on October 31, 2025, ANR submitted its compliance filing to place into effect on November 1, 2025 updated tariff records to comply with Paragraph E of the Suspension Order along with updated cost-of-service statements, schedules and workpapers supporting the proposed updates to certain rates resulting from the revised plant in-service balances as of October 31, 2025.
Section 4 Rate Case - Supplemental Filing; RP25-858-003
Due to FERC's eTariff system's file size limitations, ANR was unable to submit the revised cost-of-service statements and schedules ('Appendix D') to its compliance filing in a single native format Excel file. ANR submitted Appendix D, which includes cost-of-service Statements A through M, and all supporting schedules and workpapers, in native format and may be viewed on the FERC E-Library system, | General search (ferc.gov), in Docket No. RP25-858.
