ANR Rate Case - 45-Day Update Filing; RP25-858-000
On December 15, 2025, ANR submitted its 45-Day Update, which includes updates to all applicable statements and schedules listed in Section 154.311(b), to provide actual data for the test period ended October 31, 2025. On December 4, 2025, ANR submitted for Commission review and acceptance three (3) new FTS-1 negotiated rate service agreements (Agreements). ANR is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the Agreements effective January 1, 2026.
