General Section 4 Rate Case; RP25-858-000

On April 30, 2025, ANR submitted a General Section 4 Rate Case Filing & Tariff Changes to the Commission. The tariff records included in this filing support a system-wide general increase in ANR's rates, and include changes to ANR's rates, rate schedules, and General Terms and Conditions. The revised tariff records in ANR's "“"Primary Case” reflect an effective date of June 1, 2025, however, ANR requests that the Commission, consistent with its standard practice, suspend the Primary Case tariff records for the full five-month suspension period so that the rates do not become effective until November 1, 2025.
