On April 2, 2026, ANR submitted its Unopposed Motion to Place Interim Settlement Rates into Effect and to Waive Answer Period. ANR is requesting approval from the Commission to place the Interim Settlement Rates into effect April 1, 2026, to provide its customers with immediate rate relief.

On April 1, 2026, ANR submitted for Commission review and acceptance nine (9) FTS-1 negotiated rate service agreements with various shippers. ANR is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the agreements effective April 1, 2026.
